Switch off balance verifications

Hi

Am getting messages suggesting I switch off balance verification

However when I follow the the instructions how to disable I can’t. There is no option in the in the Bank Statement ‘option menu’ to do so. As suggested in email

And have googled it which suggests going to Open Banking Feed settings - Monitoring tab, but there isn’tone, there’s no options to do anything. Let alone ‘Continuously cross check your balance retrieved from Open Banking Feed’

Also please confirm this is OK with HMRC?

I did respond to your private message (but here are the steps for everyone else on the forum).

Balance monitoring can be switched off in the clicking Active Feed (in the main banking screen) > Monitoring tab
