System Error on HSBC

Getting this system message when attempting access HBSC via the Quickfile Bank feeds. Can you investigate?

I’ve just tried to access HSBC from our test account using the Chrome extension and it worked fine.

You could try clearing your cache / cookies. It may also be a temporary problem with HSBC’s systems?

Cleared the cache/cookies still no luck.
Went in manually rather than the app and it worked fine.
