System not auto logging out

That rings a bell actually, and it follows as I often have several tabs open, some of which are sometimes new invoices.

Why I'm being logged out despite the activity on Quick File?

When you’re editing sales and purchase invoices, the server doesn’t see any activity (it’s all done on the client side). However last year we added a little “Keep Alive” ping that fires every 2 mins to keep the session alive. We’re looking at that now as that should have stopped the auto logout from occurring.
