Tagged items in suspense account

Hi,

It has come to the end of my company year so checking the suspense account. There are items in there that are tagged, so how come they are in the suspense account?

What type of transactions are they? For example, are they invoice payments, transfers between accounts, or something else?

They are transfers between accounts, i can see them on both accounts tagged, so i dont understand why they are in the suspense.

Bank transfers actually leave a trace in the suspense account, whereas with invoice payments the old suspense entry gets updated instead of counter journalled. As long as your suspense account is zero’d it should be fine.
