Can someone help! I have one transaction within my bank feed which needs to be allocated to a few invoices under different clients names - how do I allocate one transaction to multiple different invoices???

If the value needs to be allocated to different clients you can do the following
- Set up a merchant account (dummy bank account)
- Tag the payment as a transfer to the new account
- Pay off the invoices using the new account
- Once all are paid off the new account balance should net off to zero.

Sorry I’m new to this (as you can tell)…how do you set up a dummy bank account!

- In the banking screen > Click “Create”
- Select “Merchant or Payment Service Account”
- For Provider select “Other”
- Name the account > Save
Right, I’m getting there…so now I have done that how do I pay off the invoices using the new account??

- Open the invoices and click log payment at the top.
- Ensure the Paid to box has you new account selected
