Tagging too cumbersome

I use the same descriptions for my supplier invoices 99% of the time. When it auto-completes the supplier, why can it not also autocomplete the last used description rather than making me click ‘get last’ every single time?

This is already on its way! This should make entering multiple receipts easier and if you bulk upload receipts you can make sure you group them by supplier to make sure this feature works better for the majority of the tagging.

'Get Last' for Supplier in Receipt Hub

I am just entering a lot of receipts in the receipt hub (as I often do) and it occurred to me that I often enter them in batches (due to the way I scan them in) so I am repeatedly typing parts of the suppliers names. It would be handy if we could have a ‘Get Last’ link by the supplier box to save a few steps when bulk entering receipts this way.

I like the idea of a ‘fast tag’ option.

Not sure if you’ve already found it but this is the existing fast tag feature.

Speed up receipt tagging

Might it be possible to get rid of the green ‘tag next receipt button’ and just take people to the next receipt? [image] Perhaps the “are you sure you want to link this receipt” popup could have options “OK and go to next receipt” and “OK and go back to current receipt”. [image]
