Taging Payroll in Directors Account

Hi all,
I started my business in Aug 2013 and was not turning over enough to draw a salary, In january 2014 I started giving myself a salary but not actually taking anything else i was just putting it into the directors account. Four months ago we started using the Payroll site to run payroll and although it post the amounts to the gross salaries and directors salaries… I don’t think it was shifting the value from the main account to the directors account… I now want to withdraw the money for the salaries fr the last 6 months from the directors account - so how do I receipt, tag and make sure the value in the main account reflects the movement of funds.
