Hi, I would like to show tax paid in the year as a sub category of drawings. So for a sole trader I would post the payment from the bank to TAX PAID and this would show as a sub category on the balance sheet of drawings. Is that possible please?

Subcategory’s can not be added to the balance sheet.
Each code created in the banking screen would show under current assets or current liabilities (depending on the balance) but not as a sub category
If its personal tax my understanding is it would just be drawings and shouldn’t be included as part of your business. But may be one to check with your accountant.
