Is it possible to set up the Tax Summary report to take the Scottish Income Tax rates into account?

No, I wouldn’t rely on it as a determination of tax due either.
Obviously not, but it’s handy for a quick overview.

It’s not possible to show it at the moment. However, if you would like to start a feature request for it, the development team might consider implementing it if there’s enough interest.
