I have an Affinity account. Does anyone now how I make my client the ‘primary contact’ in the team management area?
Do you mean you want to make the client (as in the client who the attached profile refers to) as the administrator of the attached account?
Hi @QFMathew yes, if that is what it requires. I am getting the open banking renewal emails etc. Would making the client the administrator cause any issues with what I can do?
The only thing to consider would be that the administrator can disconnect the Affinity account if those wish. This would however put the user in control of their account.
When logged into the account, you can go to Account Settings >> Team Management and add the user there. If they already exist, you can just modify then and make sure the “Administrator” box is ticked.
