If we up our subscription there is an option for clients to accept our terms and conditions etc via the email pre notification tools - is that as legally binding like as a physically signed document? Thank you for you help this is all new to me.

We don’t have any other software apart from quickfile at the moment. I was looking at docusign. You and docusign are affordable to us as a start up but the zapier rates were quite high. I was looking for easier process and cost effective way to capture approval of terms and conditions. We may have to run quickfile and dcousign at the moment and integrate at a alter date, but thank you for all your help. much appreciated.
