TFA for SMTP

We have a requirement to use TFA with our Office 365 emails. However, this has stopped the SMTP in Quickfile from working.

How can we get his working again please?

Error: The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 SMTP; Client was not authenticated to send anonymous mail during MAIL FROM [LNXP265CA0040.GBRP265.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]

https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/create-an-app-password-for-office-365-3e7c860f-bda4-4441-a618-b53953ee1183 suggests you can create an “app password” for non-interactive apps to use when your main password needs two factor authentication.

The below article is based on Google, but the same concept applies to Office 365. As @ian_roberts mentions, you would need to create an app password.
