The invoice does not show the payments by Stripe

Accounts (wtconsult) are configured to two types of possible payment: PayPal and Stripe. All clients are active both forms of payment. Even in the last month of the invoice showed the two forms of payment, but at the moment shows only paypal. I checked the account setup and is listed as an integrated Strip. Strip panel is also information that is connected to Quick. Please check why no longer be shown on the invoice option by Stripe.

Are the invoices in GBP?

It seems an update was made recently to restrict Stripe payments to GBP only, as we aren’t able to log multiple different foreign currency entries in a single bank account. It seems we were logging foreign currency amounts as GBP into the merchant account.

I think a better option here would be to allow the payment but simply restrict the automatic logging of the payment when dealing with foreign currencies.

The invoice payments are in PLN. Is that a problem on the side Stripe? Do not allow to pay other than in GBP?

What we used to do is pass the currency through as per the invoice, it then depends on the respective payment processor if they allow this. Are you able to confirm with Stripe if you can accept payments in PLN?

Our problem was specifically on the payment confirmation end, we don’t want to insert payments in GBP when the actual currency was PLN, USD, EUR etc. That said we can solve this by simply not logging the payment in such instances, it’s then down to the payment processor if they allow it to go through.

I have asked for this to be looked at.

There’s definitely a problem on our side here, we shouldn’t be blocking the payment from being made, it’s much better if we simply avoid auto-logging the payment on the callback for non-GBP payments.

So now when you know where’s a problem could you please let me know if I should do something to be able to use Stripe for PLN payments? Or should I wait until the problem is solved on your side (how long)? Will Stripe simply appear back on the payment invoice?

We’ve fixed the issue on our development version, the site should get deployed by Friday, after which the option will reappear. If you need to get a payment prior to this then changing the invoice currency to GBP will work.

@MarGie2015 this should now work fine, any invoices in PLN should have an option to pay using Stripe.
