Hi, I’ve just started using Quickfile recently
I have created a sales invoice but the sales doesn’t go into the P&L, however it does go into the VAT return. When i clicked into the nominal ledger entries within the invoice, it says ‘‘The ledger items are currently being created. (recheck).’’
Its been like this for an hour, i’ve tried modifying it and save it again but still not working.
Anyone had the same issue? what is causing this issue?

An issue was identified last night (postings were delayed in appearing on the ledgers).
The issue was resolved by around 9pm. Please check your ledgers, if you are still having any issues don’t hesitate to get back in touch.

We have entered a number of sales invoices coded to general sales. We do not use inventory so are keying these in manually and coding.
The invoices have all been paid, with the residual cash sitting in debtors control. The sales value though has not hit the revenue nominal in the profit and loss.
All invoices have been marked as sent and are not drafts
Any ideas?
