Hi - I’m using ThePayrollSite with Quickfile for the first time and keep getting this message below. I’ll contact ThePayrollSite support, but thought I’d check in case you know what the issue is…?

A problem occurred when checking your QuickFile account and token ( The token is not from this account ).

It looks like the token being used to access your account doesn’t match. As the integration has been built by The Payroll Site directly, certainly reach out to them and see what they say.
