I am encountering an error when trying to view nominal ledger transactions by date range which is preventing me from drilling down into nominal ledger accounts.

The following error message appears.

This is followed by a second similar error message.

Probably as a result of this the Home page is missing some functionality - the usual headings across the top of the page are absent.

I should be grateful for any help on this.

I’m not seeing this when viewing your account. It looks like you’re using the exact same version of Chrome that I’m using (36.0.1985.125 m).

Can you go into the Chrome Menu and select History. Try clearing all your browsing data.
