Tide Bank Open Feed - unable to reconnect

I’m having problems (re) connecting my Tide Bank Open banking feed. I initiate in Quickfile, approve in the Tide App, but at the point of transferring back to Quickfile it goes wrong. I’ve had it working in the past but it stopped in October. I’ve revoked previous permissions and tried to reopen the feed to no success. Any suggestions please?

It is more than likely there is some security software blocking it from loading.

I would reccomend testing the below

  • Try an alternate browser
  • Try incognito mode (ctrl +shift +n)
  • Try an alternate computer
  • Try your mobile phone browser (test with WIFI and mobile data)
