Hi,
Have you tried to delete the feed completely and create a new one? Sometimes this sort of work around helps.

At which point do you get this error? Is it after you’ve entered your log in details?

That looks to be an error on their side. Have you tried again this morning - still getting the same error? It might also be worth trying using a different browser
Yes. Still the same today. What question do I ask Tide to see if it’s there side?
I did ask them if their banking integration was working on Friday and they said all fine - but probably the wrong question - or the e wrong agent !

Hi @Vistaro and @QFBeth , I have been having the same issue, also with Tide Bank. The same type of error and I can’t renew my feed from any computer/browser/mobile (also tried different internet connections).
Hopefully we can get it resolved!

My colleagues have confirmed that this is an error on Tide’s side rather than ours so they have also logged a ticket with Tide in the hopes that this can be resolved soon

Tide have confirmed there was an issue on their end and this has now been resolved.
