Tide Migration to Open Banking

In preparation for the new Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) rules coming into full effect from 14th March 2020, Tide will be offering a new way to import your transactions to third party providers such as QuickFile.

The existing Tide feed will be disabled on Monday 17th February. From this date you will be able to reconnect to Tide using our latest Open Banking feed. We will be contacting all users with an active Tide feed to provide further instuctions on how to make the switch.

Hi Glen, I got email saying that the old feed is now disabled, and that I can setup the new feed, however I don’t see Tide on the list of banks under the open bank feed. Can you please advise?
