Tide - not importing transactions from the weekend

Transactions over the weekend have not come though on the bank feed today.

I have disconnected and reconnected the account both through QF and the Tide App.

Status shows good but without latest transaction when I refresh the feed.

Only settled/booked transactions will be imported which can take a few days, and sometimes a bit longer, especially with the weekend. As the feed runs early each day, any transactions that have settled since then wouldn’t be imported until tomorrow.

In the Tide app, are you able to see if they are settled or if they are still pending? If they are settled, I would expect them to import if you manually refresh the feed now.

The recipient has received the payment so this would be settled?
However I have just trued again and although it has not imported the 5 payments missing I have just received an international client payment which has imported on the refresh.

Should I wait and see if they import in the morning? Tide have looked at this and said I would need to raise the through QF.

If the payment is settled, then I would expect it to import on the refresh. It may be the case that Tide won’t show it as settled until the following morning (some banks do this).

If you select one of the transactions that are missing and go down to the bottom of the listing, you should see a box with reference, status and transaction ID (these may vary depending on the type of transaction). The status should show “cleared” along with a timestamp. “Cleared” and “settled” are the same thing, just banks use different terms for it (some also use “completed” or “booked”).

I have checked with Tide and they confirm that all the 5 transactions are cleared. They also confirm that there is no issue at their end that would stop the import.

I will upload the transactions manually and let you know what happens to future outgoing transactions and if they import. As mentioned an incoming transaction did import earlier today on when I refreshed the bank feed.

There are 4 input transactions missing from 18/01/25 and one from yesterday.

All sorted. The missing transactions imported overnight and appeared today.
