Tide Open Banking stopped working

I’m unable to sync items from Tide Bank. When I open the banking it showed that you stopped syncing due to error, when I set to restart the sync, the HSBC sync started working as expected, however, the Tide one still doesn’t have an option to run a sync, and doesn’t give any details but says No Connectivity on the Open banking admin screen

You may have to revoke your feed and setup a new one

As @rhc has said, try revoking the feed and setting it back up again. However, if this doesn’t work, please feel free to get back in touch and we’ll see what else could be causing this for you.
