Hi there,
Is it possible to trace/see communication which has been sent accompanying an invoice?
Say if I amend the blurb which usually introduces the invoice (i.e To view your invoice or obtain a PDF copy please follow the link below:…) , can I still find this communication?
Secondly, if amending an invoice, is there a way to still see the way the invoice looked prior to amending?

In terms of the email blurb, do you use your own SMTP server, or do you use Quick File’s email system?
I’m afraid we don’t store historic versions of invoices, mainly to control our own storage costs. We do retain email transcripts but only for 7 days and these are not accessible within the application itself.
@fleurfocus Since posting this, both the invoice versioning and email sent log features have been implemented.
