How to tag card processing fees. I have Woocommerce shop (WooPayments Transaction Fees) and tag them as bank charges. Is it OK?

If the fees need to show on your vat return then you would need to raise an invoice for them based on a statement provided by Woocommerce if not then yes it is fine to tag them to the bank charges code.
There is VAT invoice from Ireland. I do service vat reverse, but what is it - still bank charges?
That’s how I used to classify the same thing from Stripe.
