My girlfriend as sole trader was selling on eBay Etsy and Amazon. Few years ago I created LTD, and we moved eBay and Etsy to LTD company, and she was doing Amazon only. Meantime, she joined me as director of LTD. Last week, we managed to update her Amazon account to our LTD.
We want to stop her sole trader activity now, but there is still stock there.
So my question is if it is VERY illegal to split stock invoice in 2,one now and another in April? Or I should we create final stock transfer invoice and close sole trader now?
