Transfering money from petty cash to bank

Hi is there a way of transferring money from petty cash to my bank account or do you have to do a journal every time

When you tag a bank transaction one of the options is “transfer between accounts” where you choose the account on the other end and QuickFile will create the other side transaction pre-tagged.

If you don’t use a bank feed, you use the “new transaction” button at the top of the bank statement page for one of the accounts to create the initial untagged transaction to start the process.
