Trying to prepare VAT return & send but not being accepted

Hi, I have entered all accounts & have attempted to use the create new VAT report option, have previously sent 2 VAT reports with Quickfile with no issues linked to HMRC but now its saying I am not authorised when previously not had any problem. Nothing has changed & all necessary boxes are ticked. Any ideas? much appreciated.

Is the error you’re seeing, something like “you’re not authorised to submit returns for VRN xxxxxxxxxxx”?
