Hi,
I have successfully linked Natwest accounts in the past, but am having trouble linking my TSB accounts.
I am able to successfully connect to TSB the accounts the sort code and account numbers come up but I am getting a “No qualifying GBP accounts found” message under the “Mapped to” heading.
I have revoked the account several times and tried connecting in 2 different browsers which have not worked.
I called TSB and they suggested clear cookies and check Flash was enabled which I have done.
Please help
