TSB Open Banking - error when trying to connect

Trying to connect to TSB open banking and just getting error messages. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the screenshot (which I’ve now removed as it contains your user ID).

It looks like the error is on the TSB website, which is unfortunately out of our control. Have you contacted TSB about this? If not, this would be the first thing to do, although I appreciate their error message is quite broad.

It could be as simple as something missing on your account to enable this, but TSB themselves would be able to confirm this and hopefully fix it for you.
