I’m struggling to login to QF on my iOS device… repeatedly get the message ‘Invalid Authenticator Code’. The problem may have arisen because I recently cleared history and cookies in my browser? I’ve tried everything - resetting the time on my device, reinstalling the authenticator app, scanning the pairing barcode etc, logging in and out of my Google account, but to no avail. Any suggestions or could you kindly disable 2FA on my account temporarily? Many thanks.
Is the time definitely set correctly on your device? The authenticator codes are a function of the time so if your device is more than a minute or so out from the clock on the QuickFile server then the codes won’t match.
