Two factor, new phone


Our accountant has changed his phone and has lost access to Google Authenticator. Can someone please get in touch to let me know how we remove his old 2FA so that he can add his new one on?

Is the accountant the administrator of the account?

Are they set up as a team member or do they access your account through Affinity?

They are not an admin. They are just setup as an additional user, not using Affinity.

In that case you can go to Account Settings >> All Settings >> 2 Factor Authentication, and set it up for them again as if they were a new user. This should send them an email to set it up on their new device.
