Unable to access RBS Bankline

Dear Support, I am not able to access my rbs account using "activate bank feed"
I am signed up to rbs bankline and subscribe to yodlee
When I attempt to log in using my details I get a message saying "Requested Account Not Found"
The url shown on the most popular sites page has www.rbs.co.uk/business.ashx as part of the address.
When I login to bankline through a web page the url has www.business.rbs.co.uk/business as part of the url.
Is there an option to change the login url?, I have tried searching using the available options but without sucsess.

Unfortunately youre not able to change the log in address as Yodlee is set up to use the one it shows.

However, Bankline is supported. I’ve included part of one of my previous posts which helped another user. Hopefully this helps:

I have contacted bankline and there were settings I had to activate withing bankline to allow my account to be seen.
All working now
