unable to add new paid porporation tax reocrd as described here: Corporation tax on balance sheet as “asset” I don’t sem to have any of those codes in quickfile. How should one add tax paid to quickfile?

This should automatically be available for Limited Company accounts.
Can you go to Account Settings > Company settings, and check your account type please?
AH. so there next question is how do I change to a limited company account retaining my information??
How old is the account? Unfortunately it’s not always possible for us to change the account type as Limited companies have quite a few differences when compared to sole trader accounts.
I will send you a private message to get some more account info.
