Unable to create a new project

When clicking Reports - Projects and then “Create new project” a message appears giving guidance. When “OK I got it” is clicked the system does not allow the creation of a new project. Clicking “Create new project again” simply brings the guidance message up again.

That is because you create a new project from the invoice/extimate/purchase order:

You don’t create the projects from that button
