Unable to log a Payment to Invoice

Hi,

I am unable to Log a Payment for an invoice. I have tried several times. The pop-up window is unresponsive. No matter what I press. Even the cancel button doesn’t work. The pop-up window is still there. Last year if I remember well it worked just fine. I have tried to manually create a transaction and the problem is the same. The pop-up window is unresponsive. The back button doesn’t work. I need to press escape to get that pop-up window out from the screen. No error message.

Can you please give me some advice?

Sorted.

I have used Chrome Browser Console for Errors. Found out that Grammarly and AdGuard were in conflict with that popup. Disable the browser extensions for quickfile webpage and worked.
