Unable to read PDF upload of receipts

My client has uploaded some receipts into the receipt hub but they are blank … a pop up comes up asking if I want to open or save the pdf from s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com (what on earth is that ???).if I open I can see the receipt so I have the information but I cant do this for every receipt it will take forever and the receipts aren’t saved into quickfile …Has quickfile been hacked by something?

This is a browser setting and has popped up quite a few times before on the forum.

Basically your client’s browser is configured always to download PDF documents. Getting them to install the latest Adobe Reader should fix that.


As for s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com this is Amazon Web Services, our storage provider… nothing to do with hacking :wink:

Ok I realised soon after I posted it my new laptop has Nitropro installed not adobe ive uninstalled the nitropro for good old faithfull adobe … thanks for the reply
