Unable to recategorize posting

I have some entries I’ve incorrectly posted as Misc/General Purchases, and these need to be reclassified as Capital Expenditure. I’ve tried doing this, and also looked at knowledge article for bulk change incorrect postings but I can’t see how to make the posting updateable. I have blue unlocked padlocks against them then I view as a report in chart of accounts.

Any help please?
