Unable to remove account locks

Hello,

I finalized the Year End Process and created the journal entries for 31 May 2017. Later, I wanted to unlock the year and deleted the same Year End Process journal entries. Still, when I want to change the account lock date to 31 May 2016, the following message is displayed: “We were unable to remove all the locks on your account as there is a year end journal for 31/05/2017.”

Currently, there are no Year End Process journal entries between 01 June 2016 and 31 May 2017, still the account can’t be unlocked for this period.

Please advise.
