Unable to search for purchase orders

Hi,

We’ve started to use Purchase orders (PO) before converting to purchase invoices (QF) which has been great as this should have been shown before and used. But I’ve just gone to search for one in the search box like you can everything else and it doesn’t work?

Can this changed?

Hello Sam

If it has just been entered it may not have updated the search index yet, it does take a few minutes to refresh.

I just tried searching for your latest order on your account as a test and it did find it.

Just tried mate and searched PO00031 and also lower case po00031 and a couple of others and nothing comes up
