Unable to select the correct accounts when setting up a new feed

Hi, my bank feed stopped working so I deleted it to try and set up again, now it only offers me accounts I no longer use and I dont know how to add the one I need please help.

When you set it back up did you use the correct login for the account you wanted to set the feed up for?

Do you have 2 account logins?

QuickFile will only show accounts that you have authorised.

I would recommend

  • Removing it again (remove all accounts for the bank in question if you have multiple feeds)

  • Re set up the feed for the bank and grant authorisation for all accounts for that bank you require in one go
