Unable to set up Tide Bank Feed after it expired

My bank feed to Tide expired on 2nd Sept and it wasn’t renewed on time. When I select the Tide bank from drop down when connecting it goes nowhere, it’s almost like the link has broken. Tide have looked into this and assure me the problem is not at their end. Any advice on how to fix this? I’ve tried using a different browser and incognito but nothing working.

it stopped working last week and we now have this error on the screen since last week:

|The bank failed to respond and their Open Banking interface may be down. Please retry in 15 minutes.|
