Unable to upload attachments to invoices

When trying to add an attachment to an invoice (such as timesheet, etc.), I receive an error saying the file could not be uploaded, maybe it already exists?

The file doesn’t already exist, and I tried renaming it before upload.

I also tried to upload a file to the documents manager, but the upload just seems to sit there not doing anything.

We have experienced a number of technical problems with our 3rd party provider on Friday afternoon. This would have prevented new documents from being uploaded. The underlying problem has been resolved however I’m sorry to say we have experienced data loss as a result of this.
