I’ve downloaded a bank statement in .ofx format but it won’t upload to Quickfile. I get an error message saying ‘There was an error processing your file.Please check with your system administrator.’ I think this could be because HSBC have upgraded their Business Internet Banking. How do I get round this, please?

Are you able to download your bank statement as a .csv? and have you tried uploading this way? I can take a look at the file for you to see if I can see anything that might be stopping the upload from working. You can send it in a private message to @QFSupport
Hello @QFBeth, thanks for your help. I didn’t realise it needed to be a .csv, I’ve always used .ofx before. It’s worked now Thanks again.
