it will not allow me to attach a 412kb jpeg logo - I have just registered, and was looking forward to testing functionality - so far unimpressed!
I have tried 5 times and tried the log off and reboot of pc and your software, just says ‘uploading’ but doesn’t!

I’ve just tried this and it’s uploaded all OK. Can you confirm what browser you use please (Edge, Chrome, FireFox, Safari etc.). Would you also be able to send me a copy of your logo too please? If you click my name, and then ‘Message’, you can send it in a private message to me.
