Hi I need to unlock period but my problem is that i havent got year end journal to delete.
If I have tried to delete locked date I’ve received following message

Are you able to provide me the last 4 digits of your account number? You can PM me if you prefer. I’ve found a few accounts that appear to be linked to you.

The lock was set by the Extended Trial Balance. This has now been removed so you should be good to edit any earlier items. Let me know if you still have a problem.

I have sent you full account number by PM. Here I give you last 4 digits 9162.

Thanks I got it, our developer found the account and removed the lock on the ETB. You should be OK now.
