There is an option to CC to ourselves the reminder emails. But that option is off by default and therefore it is required a human action every time an email is sent and obviously it is prone to be forgotten. We tend to forget just these email that we now need! Is there any way to have that option on (ticked) by default?
There isn’t a way to enable it by default, but all emails are logged within QuickFile, and theyre recorded in the event log
