Unsuccessful Submission of VAT Return

I have registered for MTD and had an email from HMRC (05/03/2021) to confirm acceptance. I have now tried twice to submit return and keeps saying it’s unsuccessful? Please advise.

Hmrc have some issues at the moment. So id wait a day or two and try again
