Untagged money in bank account that has been paid as expenses

Continuing the discussion from Unpaid Invoice Showing:

I have an amount of £23.62 on the bank account that has not been tagged because the invoice has been created and paid for from expenses. How do I deal with this?

When you say it’s paid from expenses, what do you mean?
