Uploading bank statements in .csv

I have tried uploading my bank statement into Quickfile.

It is a .csv file

My bank is not listed on the drop down bar, so I chose “other”

When I clicked upload I got a long detailed error message. I did not get the review page where I can choose which coloumns go where.

What is the next stage please?
