Uploading csv files not working to credit card

I have never tried managing a credit card account on QF but the obvious issue over encoding the currency symbol seems the most likely cause.

Try removing the currency symbol entirely.

Currency symbols often cause problems when moving data between different software packages, in my former day job I always advised their avoidance (and banned them entirely when I had the authority)

Just to add to @FolkLondon’s post, I notice your screenshot has column 8 as the amount column, whereas I believe it should be column 5 (once the currency symbol has been removed).
