I hope you can help in the same way you have always.
I have noticed in the last week the the feature you have for uploading documents, either purchase invoices or file attachments to sales invoices no longer works and gives the following message;
"File too large
Please ensure your file is no greater than 5 mb."
Why has this suddenly changed? Will it go back to the way it was? I have been using this system in the same way for years and only noticed improvements until this change.
If this can not be fixed it is going to have a massive impact on our accounting process.
Please advice, I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Nothing has been changed here; this limit has always been in place.
You can still upload files, but the maximum file size is 5MB. Anything bigger than this will show the error you are seeing.
Thank you for coming back to me, I’m not sure why I am getting this error message suddenly, not doing anything different, however, my phone has had an update and other things seem to be different/not working properly so perhaps it’s that, thank you very much for your prompt response, as always, very helpful.

Were you uploading via the Mobile App or the web interface?
You could try the opposite one to what you were using.
